Chocolate Fountain Order Form & Chocolate Fountain Contract THIS IS THE HOTTEST SPECIAL EVENT ITEM! Fill your party with the aroma of warm Belgian Chocolate at your next company party or wedding reception. Similar to fondue, The Chocolate Fountain will have your guests' not only intrigued but amazed! Strawberries, lady fingers, sponge candy, marshmallows, pretzels, rice krispie treats and many other delectables are perfect dippers. Rental Price: $499 for one day rental (includes our Amy's Custom Blended milk or dark Belgian Chocolate). Remember, the custom blended, gourmet couverture chocolate (imported for us from Brussels, Belgium & high in cocoa butter content) and the fact that our store chocolatiers are your attendants is what makes us extra special. We can also supply the fresh fruits & other dipping delectables. Attendant fee: $150 (rental without an attendant is optional, however, renter is responsible for full payment of the fountain if damaged and $150 cleaning fee if not cleaned properly). The professional attendant is worth the cost. They deliver it, set up the fountain, melt the chocolate, explain how to dip the product to your guests, overlook the chocolate fountain table, clean up at your discretion, break it down and then drive it back. Whew!! $250 deposit required. Tax not included.
