Start by clicking on the desired product offering, then enter the quantity desired in the empty box next to the exact type.
Now click on the Button. This will bring you to the cart summary page where you will see everything that is in your webcart as well as the shipping rates.
On this next screen, enter your billing & shipping information. Now click on the "Click Here To Continue" button.
Now select the available shipping method for your location.
Click on the "Send Order" button.
Now save or print this order confirmation screen that has appeared with your order#.
