  • This big kahuna starts as a jumbo green granny smith that is plunged into our kettle made caramel. After the dip, we smother jumbo macadamia nut halves onto the apple. The final two stages of this masterpiece is an enrobing of our delicious Belgian chocolates, straight from Brussels. We even accent the apple with our custom drizzle and coconut sprinkling. Makes a fun, delicious, and even tropical gift idea!

    What makes our caramel so good?
    Our caramel is artisnan made in copper kettles containing NO preservatives, NO hydrogenated oils, and NO trans fats. Our caramel consists of only milk, butter, sugar, corn syrup and real bourbon vanilla.   We cook it under a low heat to allow the caramel to reach that buttery golden color that tastes as good as it looks!
